Taiwan 15th - 22nd Oct 2011

Alright, its blogging time again ...

This time however, its not the regular joe blog story ...

ok, maybe it is ...

but then again, lotsa pics this time around ~ ...

went for a vacation !!! ...

In fact, waited quite a while for this trip ...

because we got the tickets much much earlier during air asia's promotion time ~ ...

and now finally back here at home ...

got some time to update this blog of mine ~ ...

ok, without wasting much time ...

here goes ~ ...

So off we go to Taiwan for a relaxing vacation ~!!! ...

On the 15th Nov 2011 ...

Plane flight by Air Asia ~ ...

and if you look closely,

there is a fly there ~!!! ...

a house fly in the flight mind you ~ ...

ok, so we transited in Sabah for a night there ~ ...

reached our destination in around 2 hours from KL ...

The apartment there ~ ...

Everyone discussing about what to do in Taiwan ~ ...

bringing maps here and there ~ ...

all working hard ... kinda ~ ...

quite tiring also ~ ...

and being in Sabah, means you gotta eat seafood ~!!! ...

lobster ~!!!

Kerang or Si ham ~!!! ...

Great stuff man ~ ...

Off we go to Taiwan the following day ...

and after 3 hours or so ~ ...

we finally reached our destination ~ ...

kewl ~ ...

Our very very first meal over there ...

"Ru Rou fan"

its something like pork fats with gravy on top of white rice ~ ...

tastes quite nice ~ ...

Hanging around in taiwan ~ ...

and doing what tourists normally do ~ ...

sight seeing ~ ...

here comes the best part ~ ...

their corn we bought from one of the night market has this kinda sauce all around it ...

and then grilled ... kinda ~ ...

looks nice indeed ~ ...

taste however, isnt to our liking ~ ...

not good not good ~ ...

somehow, everyone seems to be enjoying it ~ ...

tastes great?

forcing ourself to finish it ~ ...

and finally mission successful ~ ...

phew ~ ...

perhaps we ate it when it was cold ~ ...

but it was really a chore to finish it at that time ~ ...

ahhh ~ ...

not bad at all ~ ...

headed to Taipei from Nantou by bus ~ ...

4 hour bus ride man ~ ...

around 5.30pm in Taiwan, the sky turns dark ~ ...

unlike here in Malaysia ~ ...

only 7.30pm or 8pm its only dark ~ ...

yeah, by the way ~ ...

somehow, what we have in Malaysia tastes much much better in my opinion ~ ...

In Taiwan, its very common ppl bring such small and dogs around ~ ...

yeah, we went to Sogo in Taiwan as well ...

not bad not bad ~ ...

and here is the crowd during weekends ~ ...

extremely crowded ~ ...

but somehow, everyone queues up nicely ~ ...

and their train system is great as well ~ ...

able to handle the crowd ~ ...

Did i mention how great is the bubble tea there ~ ... ???

yeah, if you ever go visit taiwan one day ~ ...

you should drink it EVERY single day ~ ...

its great ~!!! ...

our flight back was the next day around 6am

about to head back to Sabah first before KL ~ ...

something we will remember Taiwan for ~ ...

their system is opposite Malaysia ~ ...

we will stand on the left ~ ...

Driving lanes are also opposite compared to us ~ ...

and finally back in Sabah ~ !!! ...

Extremely hot ~!!!!!!!! ...


Had our lunch in the food court ~ ...

very hot ~ ...

the weather in taiwan the time we went was around 20++ Celsius ...

not too hot and not too cold ~ ...

and thats it ~ ...

headed back to KL after that ~ ...

it was a great relaxing vacation ~ ...

get to eat a lot ~ ...

well, now its almost the end of the year ...

more and more ppl will have the holiday mood ~ ...

one not nice thing about taiwan is that they drive their scooter everywhere ~!!! ...

even in the crammed night market ~ ...

just right next to you ~ ...

its not nice at all ~ ...

thats about it for this taiwan trip ~ ...

ok, i'm still around ...

but not sure what i'm blogging about these days ...

even though been through many things but somehow when its time to list it down ...

we just aint got no mood ...

went for a Perak 2 day 1 night trip during hari raya holidays ...

and next week will be flying to taiwan for another kinda holiday trip ~ ...

gonna transit in Sabah for 1 day ... before heading to taiwan ~ ...

hopefully everything goes on well as planned ~ ...

and yeah been buying lotsa eating stuff from groupon these days ~ ...

such as:

this HK fried rice and

seafood set in room 18. tropicana city mall ...

lastly just wanna talk about this dancing fish ...

no, did not get it from groupon ...

but i thought i'll just upload it here coz it seems kinda special right ~ ...
