i dont have any countdown plan for the new year ~ ... !

so i actually might be rotting at home ~!!! ...

should i join my friends ex-colleagues plan~ ... ?
or another friend hang over party ~ ... ?
my sis is kinda asking me go for a church countdown ~ ...

dont know~! ...
will be damm tired when i get back from PD ~ ...
could very much end up at home ~ ...

Career path ~ ... ?

I turned down a job offer today ~ ...

from IDP Education Australia ~ ...

Its not that the job is not good ~ ...
its interesting and involves lotsa travelling ~ ...
and might even get to go australia ~ ...
the salary is pretty reasonable as well ~ ...

but i'm looking something more into my line~ ...
i know its a risk because the IT line is kinda saturated ~ ...

i've been thinking for days and decided to take the risk ~ ...

so i dont know when i'll be getting the next job offer ~ ...
probably not soon ~ ...
but life is all about taking risks ~ ...

will just see how things go from here on ~ ...

on the 23rd we had a class reunion in genting ~!!! ...
we drove 2 cars to the cable car station and took the cable cars from there ~ ...

went indoor theme park as well and casino ~ ...
and we had buffet dinner at "coffee terace" ~!
not bad food really ~!!! ... try it ...

so we took the 11.20pm cable car back ~ ...
and everyone were feeling sad that the little reunion has come to an end ~ ...
sob sob ~ ...
but we will definately hang out again ~ ... someday ~ ...

had a grand dinner ~ ...

must have turkey ~!

got ourselves a turkey ~ ...
so i started eating turkey since the year 2000 ~ ...
this is the summary review for each year~ ...

2000 homecook - kinda dried up, first time cooking mah
2001 bro in law bought from somewhere - not exactly very nice
2002 canaanland - was ok
2003 canaanland - standard dropped ~!
2004 victoria station - was ok
2005 equatorial hotel - below average
2006 homecook - the best so far ~ ... followed a secret recipe

i used to contribute buying a turkey yearly but this year i bought a bottle of red wine for the family instead ~ ... its from chile~!


before hitting the oven ~ ...
marinated with special recipe paprika stuff ~ ...


2-3 hours later and its done ~!!!


with homecooked marinara spaggetti ~ ...


later on it was gift time ~ ...
and i bought my nephew a winnie the pooh bop bag ~ ...
you know the float thingie that when u hit it down but it keeps coming back up~?
yeah i bought that ~ ...

after the family gathering, its time to party on with friends ~!!! ...
so i went to sri hartamas for xmas countdown ~ ...


we spent RM30 for 10 cans of spray ~!!! ...
you know the spray thingie to spray each other?
with foam and some sort soap thingie ~ ...

yeah, we kinda played that for the night ~!!! ...
headed home after that ~ ...

so today, on xmas day itself~ ...
its resting day ~ ...

Alright ~ ...
here is last weekend lepak activity ~ ...
been kinda bz for the past week as well due to my part time job ~ ...
yeah, i got a part time job ~!!! ...
one that i work at home for this company whenever there is any presentation needed~ ...
so pay is based on the amount of slides that i prepare,
which is very very little ~ ...
but it takes an average 1 hour to prepare 1 slide ~!!! ...
and its guaranteed to give u headache after that ...
due to all the searching and digging and understanding the database ~ ...

anyway ~ ...
last sat was xmas party ~!!! ...

kinda an early xmas party coz next week onwards most ppl will be kinda bz with other stuff/parties/lepak activities ~ ...
