So is this the final hardcore lepak before starting work ~ ... ?

the flora garden in 1U ~ ... saw this on fri ~ ...

and about the bukit cahaya plan~ ...
it was postponed to sunday ~ ...
which i could not make it ~ ...
so in a way i was ditched ~! ...
so sad ~! ... hehe

so what did i do on sat leh ~ ... ?

i was as IKEA ~ ... !
doing some shopping here and there ~ ...
and later at IKANO ~ ...

ate teppanyaki's california roll for lunch ~!

and a nice fuji snow ~ ...

on sun ~ ...
ate at IZZI, pizza, pasta, and coffee ~ ...
for lunch instead of dinner ~ ...

well, this is not a food blog ~ ...
so kinda forgot to snap pics of the food again~ ...

the aftermath of it was taken instead ~ ...

the food to me, was ok, not bad ~ ...
quite nice some of them ~ ...
but it was totally worth it with citibank's 60% discount ~ ...
yeah 60% ~! ...
thats a lot of saving ~ ...

without the 60%, i would say the food is super expensive ~ ...

i wanted to try the fried calamari but it was sold out ~!!!
so ordered some pizzas, pastas, tom yam, appetizers and starters instead ~ ...

well, did some light shopping after that ~ ...
and headed back home ~ ...

thats it for now ~ ...
working life officially starts tomorrow ~!!!

do some hiking, mountain biking, etc with a group of friends ~ ...
for a half day trip ~ ...
then gonna hang out dinner together ~ ...

on sun, supposed to go sungai wang with another friend to do some shopping ~ ...
and at night supposed to go izzi kl restaurant ~ ...
to eat some pizzas and stuff ~ ...
havent been there before ~ ...

we were all classmates since form 1 mainly ~ ...
but there were a few since kindergarten ~! ...

food there was ok ~ ...
but finding a place to park there proves to be a major problem ~ ...
bottom line ->
dont go SS2 at night unless absolutely necessary ~ ...

next trip ~ ...
frasers hill ~!

the board there ~ ...
road there was winding alright ~ ...
but coming back was like 3 times worse ~ ...
almost felt like puking ~!!!

we drove 2 cars up with 7 of us ~ ...
supposed to be 8 of us but 1 could not make it last min ~ ...

well, the trip was also kinda a last min decision ~ ...


the resort we stayed ~ ...
silverpark ~ ...
the apartment we stayed was really dirty ~ ...
with some kinda stench in it ~ ...


anyway, here is the waterfall area ~ ...

but we made it in around 1 hour of trekking ~ ...
1.5km long ~ ...

most likely this will be the last gathering trip ~ ...

its friday now ~ ... 12th january ~ ...
gonna go for an interview later,
and after that family dinner,
and after that a class reunion dinner ~ ...
and after that gonna shop some rations for the trip tomorrow ~ ...

gonna go frasers hill with a group of friends on sat,
gonna do some jungle trekking, hiking, and so on ~ ...
gonna stay for a night ~ ...

and on sun ~ ...
gonna do a few more activities ~ ...
and later at night gonna have a family bday celebration dinner~ ...

Sinking of Japan ~ ...

i saw sinking of japan yesterday ~! ...
got free tickets for it from my friend ~ ...
he got 8 free tickets ~!!! ...

but you know what ~ ... ?
there were wasted tickets ~! ...
as in no one was free to go see it yesterday, a friday night 9.30pm movie at GSC 1U ~ ...

somehow it was such a last min plan again and only a few could turn up ~ ...

so how was the movie ~ ... ?
well, it got quite average ratings from reviews ~ ...
its something like "day after tomorrow" ~ ...
but IMO with not so effective directing skills ~ ...

kinda like a low budget film perhaps ~ ... ?

definately would be much better if it were under hollywood production level ~ ...
its based on the novel, so there is a story ~ ...

the love scenes are kinda too cheesy as well ~ ...

and the worst part was that the main actor did not want to make love to the girl he loves, eventhough he knows he is never returning ~! ...
whats all that about anyway ~ ... ?

well, its sat today ~ ...
and i'm planning to rot for this weekend to save up on cash ~ ...
and work on my dissertation again ~ ...
its easy to switch from work to play ~ ...
but never from play to work ~ ...

the year 2006 i made some wrong decisions, choices ~ ...
and at a point of time, i really wish that i could turn back time ~ ...
if given the chance, i would lay the cards differently ~ ...
i'm talking about life changing decisions~ ...
in every aspect of our life ~ ...
love, social, studies?

2006 is over ~ ...
forget about the past and think about the future ~ ...

besides more self improvement resolutions ~ ...
the other one would be ~ ...
to have minimal to non-existent bad decisions for 2007 ~! ...

so we went to Port Dickson on the 30th ~! ...


stayed in Glory Beach Resort apartment with 3 rooms ~ ... with only 5 of us ~ ...

ate some seafood dinner ~ ...

i kinda organized a countdown party in 1U with a group of friends ~ ...
but .......
i could not make it ~ ...
so its kinda weird that the organiser did not turn up ~ ...
coz i reached home 8++pm from PD only ~ ...


instead, i went to bukit jalil the commonwealth hill with another group of friends ~ ...

had less than 4 hours of sleep each day since last friday ~ ...

headed home and right to the bed after that~ ...
