Kuala Selangor fireflies ~ ...

firstly wishing everyone Happy Hari Raya ~ ...

was in Kuala Selangor few weeks back ~ ...


Entrance of the park ~ ...


Waiting for it to be night time ~ ...

We went there around 7pm ++ ...


According to them thats the best time as around 8pm++ the fireflies will be eating ~ ...
so will be much easier to see them ~ ...


well as i cant take any pics while in the lake with the fire flies, here is how it looks like ~ ...
we went to the motorboat one (can fit around 15 ppl) ...
RM15 per person ~ ... kinda expensive in my opinion ~ ...

The other one supposed to be a "sampan" one at a different location ... 4 person max ... and costs RM10 ...
not sure which one is better though ~ ...
but our tour guide did not explain anything to us at all ~ ...

After seeing the flies we headed to dinner ~ ...

in front of the restaurant ~ ...
supposed to be popular ~ ...


and yeah its crowded ~ ...

crabs ~!!! ...

Gold mooncake leaf

here is something interesting to share ~ ...
shown above is a mooncake with a real gold leaf on top of it ...
At the top of the mooncake you could see some gold stuff ~ ...

its made of real gold ...
a thin layer of gold that cold be eaten ~ ...

only mistake was i did not take a pic of it before eating almost all of it ~ ...

Batu caves and GPS ~ ...

Speaking of batu caves i was there few months back ...

including the one from citibank credit card ... GPS Bay brand ... costs RM399 only ~ ...

but after considering pros and cons ...
i chose Garmin in the end ~ ...

its nice to just sit back and relax hearing music ~ ...
